Getting your graphic download is easy! All you have to do is click on the image package you want and you will be taken to a PayPal screen where you can pay for the graphics. If you do not have a PayPal account, Dazzlemania Designs will accept a personal check sent to the address below. You will however, have to wait for the check to clear before a download link will be provided.

Once your payment has been received, you will either be taken to a download screen or you will receive an email with the download link. This download link will only be good for forty-eight (48) hours.

If you have any problems with your download, please contact me immediately so I can fix the problem for you. I want to make sure that all of my customers are happy.

Please read my Angel Policy below before you download any graphic package. Once a graphic package has been downloaded, I am not able to give you a refund.

All graphic packages contain hand painted images that are at least 150 dpi JPG files.

I maintain all copyrights to my graphics that I sell to the public. Please register your graphic downloads with me so that I can keep a record of who can legally use them. By registering your graphics, you may then use them on craft items that you sell.

Registration protects you as well as us. By having a list of users of our graphics we can legally pursue anyone who is using our graphics without a license. If you are going to use our graphics on craft items that you sell please send us your Name, Business Name, mailing adress, Tax ID Number (if you have one) and your website(s) URLs. Please send this information via e-mail to ms_kathy@dazzlemania.com.

Dazzlemania Designs graphics can not be used on items that will be mass produced (unless prior permission is given, which will include a separate licensing fee).

Annual Commercial License needed for the following:

  • Patterns of any kind
  • Digitizing for embroidery designs
  • Cross-stitch designs
  • Printables for download
  • Rubber stamps
  • Scrapbook kits
  • Software programs
  • Webpage Designs

Please do not use Dazzlemania Designs graphics on templates and offer them to people on your website for download. Do not include Dazzlemania Designs graphics in any CD collection or claim them as your own. This keeps people from trying to get around our licensing agreement.

Do not share the files, sell the files, give the files as a gift, or give them away (in any form) to anyone else. Dazzlemania Design graphics may not be used for web site designs, made available for download from any web page and may not be shared in newsgroups, forums, or through email lists. You are also not allowed to sell them on Ebay in any form. However, you may use the graphics on finished projects and in finished layouts and share those. I do require that you put a link back to my site, www.dazzlemania.com.

Dazzlemania Designs are intended for people who make handmade crafts, cards, labels, tags, scrapbook layouts, etc. The images can be used in unlimited quantities as long as they are handmade and not being mass produced regardless of how it is to be accomplished. You will need a mass production license.

Please note that although permission is granted to you to use Dazzlemania Designs graphic collections according to the terms as stated above, I, Kathleen Pierce will retain all copyrights and ownership on all images.
