When do I get the products that I purchased? Immediately after making your purchase, a company by the name of PayLoadz will send you your download link(s). This download is only good for three days, after that you will have to request additional downloads. |

What happens when I pay with an E-check? If you are making an e-check payment, you will need to allow 4 to 5 business days for PayPal to clear your payment. You will not receive your download until your payment clears. |

How do I open the file(s) I downloaded? The file you download is a zipped file so you'll need to unzip the file and extract the contents to your chosen folder. I suggest making a folder called "Dazzlemania" on your desktop. Below are some recommended zip programs. - PC: WinRAR Trial, WinZip Trial - Mac: StuffIt Trial |

How do I use your wrappers with the WrapCandy program?
After you have my design wrappers in a folder on your computer, open and
run the WrapCandy program (the example I will give will be for the
standard candy wrapper). Once in your WrapCandy program, click on FILE,
and then NEW - the program will automatically open to the standard size
wrapper, say OKAY. Now you should have a red outline for the size wrapper
you are going to make. On the left hand side of the screen you have some
tools, click on INSERT IMAGE. When the smaller window opens, click on
SELECT IMAGE and browse for the folder where my wrappers are stored.
Select the correct wrapper and click on OPEN. When my wrapper is in the
WrapCandy program, you will have to resize it to fit the red guidelines
underneath. Just add your text and print.
